Low Fat Vegan Soft Pretzels

Ingredients
- 2 1/4 teaspoons yeast
- 1 1/2 cups very warm water
- 4 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 add yeast to warm water and stir until muddy.
- 2 add flour, sugar, and salt.
- 3 mix and knead dough.
- 4 roll into a sheet and then cut in strips to make "ropes."
- 5 shape and place on ungreased cookie sheet
- 6 add optional flavorings (butter, salt, garlic, etc)
- 7 bake at 425 degrees f. for about 13 minutes, or until light brown.
