Low Fat Wholesome Banana Bread

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 bananas
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 cup palm sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 mash bananas
  • 2 beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  • 3 mix wet ingredients and add the dry ones.
  • 4 pour into greased loaf/cake pan at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until fork comes out clean.
  • 5 cool and slice.
