Low Fat Yogurt Biscuits

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat pastry flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400.
- 2 combine all-purpose and pastry flour with baking powder and salt.
- 3 in a separate bowl, combine yogurt and oil.
- 4 blend yogurt mixture into flour mixture just until the dry ingredients are moistened and it forms a dough.
- 5 on a floured surface, pat the dough out into a circle 3/4-inch thick.
- 6 using a knife or a pizza cutter, cut the circle into eight wedges.
- 7 place wedges on an oiled baking sheet or a baking stone.
- 8 bake for 20 minutes or until a knife iserted in the center comes out clean.
