Low Fat Yummy Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients
1/2 cup frozen fruit (unsweetened)
1 sliced banana
1/2 plain nonfat yogurt
1/2 cup sparkling water
3/4 teaspoon honey (optional)
Recipe
1 put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. pour into a tall glass and enjoy.
