Low Fat Yummy Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen fruit (unsweetened)
  • 1 sliced banana
  • 1/2 plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup sparkling water
  • 3/4 teaspoon honey (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. pour into a tall glass and enjoy.
