Low Fat/carb Spinach Dip

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 1 1/2 cups low-fat sour cream or 1 1/2 cups nonfat sour cream
  • 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and strained
  • 4 teaspoons ranch dressing mix

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients together until well blended.
  • 2 you can also put in food processor and pulse to blend.
  • 3 refrigerate @ least 2 hrs before serving.
