Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups low-fat sour cream or 1 1/2 cups nonfat sour cream
- 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and strained
- 4 teaspoons ranch dressing mix
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together until well blended.
- 2 you can also put in food processor and pulse to blend.
- 3 refrigerate @ least 2 hrs before serving.
