Low Fat/high Protein Yogurt Pudding

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1000 g plain fat-free yogurt (about a quart)
  • 1 (1 1/2 ounce) package jell-o pudding mix, instant non-fat no sugar added pudding mix
  • 160 g vanilla protein powder (160 gm is two servings, vary amount to suit your needs or powder, use any flavor that compliments yo)

Recipe

  • 1 place all ingredients in a large bowl, beat (or whisk) until it starts to thicken slightly. place back in containers and refrigerate 4 hours (or so) .
