- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 2 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
Recipe
- 1 spread hummus bottom of bowl.
- 2 cover with layers of diced tomato, diced cucumbers (1/4 cup) and crumbled feta cheese.
- 3 serve with stone ground or whole grain crackers or whole wheat pita bread.
