Lasagna Rolls

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 6 lasagna noodles, cooked
  • 8 ounces part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 8 ounces skim milk ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pinch salt, to taste
  • 1 pinch pepper, to taste
  • 1 pinch basil, to taste
  • 3 cups tomato and basil pasta sauce

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • 2 spray a 8x8 baking pan with cooking spray.
  • 3 mix ricotta cheese, parmasan cheese, egg and seasonings if you are using them.
  • 4 spread the cheese mixture on one side of each noodle.
  • 5 spread a small amount of sauce on the cheese mixture.
  • 6 sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese.
  • 7 roll up the lasagna noodles.
  • 8 put a small amount of tomato sauce into the bottom of the baking pan.
  • 9 lay lasagna rolls into the pan.
  • 10 cover with the remaining sauce.
  • 11 bake for 30 minutes.
  • 12 remove from oven and let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
