Low Cal Cottage Cheese Pineapple Salad

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 3 ounces lime gelatin
  • 1 lb crushed pineapple, in juices
  • 24 ounces cottage cheese
  • 12 ounces cool whip

Recipe

  • 1 dry mix gelatin with undrained pineapple.
  • 2 heat until gelatin is melted, stirring frequently.
  • 3 chill until thickened.
  • 4 fold in cottage cheese and cool whip.
  • 5 refrigerate until firm.
