- 3 ounces lime gelatin
- 1 lb crushed pineapple, in juices
- 24 ounces cottage cheese
- 12 ounces cool whip
Recipe
- 1 dry mix gelatin with undrained pineapple.
- 2 heat until gelatin is melted, stirring frequently.
- 3 chill until thickened.
- 4 fold in cottage cheese and cool whip.
- 5 refrigerate until firm.
