Low Cal Shrimp Destin

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 lbs frozen shrimp (raw, unpeeled)
  • 1/4 cup green onion (chopped)
  • 2 teaspoons garlic (minced)
  • 4 tablespoons i can't believe it's not butter fat free
  • 1 tablespoon
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley (chopped)

Recipe

  • 1 peel and devein shrimp.
  • 2 saute green onion and garlic in butter until onions are tender.
  • 3 add shrimp, , lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • 4 cook over medium high heat about 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
  • 5 stir in dill and parsley.
  • 6 serve shrimp over tasted french rolls, rice, or pasta.
