Low Cal Shrimp Destin

Ingredients

- 2 lbs frozen shrimp (raw, unpeeled)
- 1/4 cup green onion (chopped)
- 2 teaspoons garlic (minced)
- 4 tablespoons i can't believe it's not butter fat free
- 1 tablespoon
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley (chopped)
Recipe
- 1 peel and devein shrimp.
- 2 saute green onion and garlic in butter until onions are tender.
- 3 add shrimp, , lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- 4 cook over medium high heat about 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
- 5 stir in dill and parsley.
- 6 serve shrimp over tasted french rolls, rice, or pasta.
