- 1 lb 93% lean ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup egg substitute (egg beaters, etc)
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- salt and pepper
- nonstick cooking spray
Recipe
- 1 mix together well, form into 1" balls and fry. you only need the cooking spray for the first round.
