Low Calorie / Low Fat Meatballs

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb 93% lean ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup egg substitute (egg beaters, etc)
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • salt and pepper
  • nonstick cooking spray

Recipe

  • 1 mix together well, form into 1" balls and fry. you only need the cooking spray for the first round.
