Low Fat Veggie Soup

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes with onion and garlic
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can zucchini with italian-style tomato sauce
  • 1 (15 ounce) can sliced carrots
  • 1 (16 ounce) can new potatoes
  • 1 (14 ounce) can low-fat chicken broth or 1 (14 ounce) can fat free chicken broth

Recipe

  • 1 in a large sauce pan, combine together all ingredients.
  • 2 bring to a boil.
  • 3 reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes.
