Ingredients

- 1 cup low-fat eggnog
- 1 cup low-fat frozen yogurt (we like tcby's vanilla frozen yogurt)
- 1 dash nutmeg
- 1 cup crushed ice
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
- 2 if you wish, you can sprinkle the dash of nutmeg to the top of the smoothie instead of blending it in with the other ingredients.
