L'eggnog Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 cup low-fat eggnog
  • 1 cup low-fat frozen yogurt (we like tcby's vanilla frozen yogurt)
  • 1 dash nutmeg
  • 1 cup crushed ice

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
  • 2 if you wish, you can sprinkle the dash of nutmeg to the top of the smoothie instead of blending it in with the other ingredients.
