La Boqueria Smoked Salmon Toasts

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb smoked salmon
  • 1 cup creme fraiche
  • honey
  • 1 sprig dill
  • 1 baguette

Recipe

  • 1 slice bread into 16 thin slices, drizzle with olive oil and toast in 400 f oven until crispy.
  • 2 spread crème toast points, add a small piece of smoked salmon, drizzle with honey and garnish with a sprig of dill.
