Roman Style Custard

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup honey

Recipe

  • 1 whisk milk and honey together until completely blended.
  • 2 in a separate bowl, whisk eggs until frothy.
  • 3 combine eggs and milk/honey mixture and blend well.
  • 4 pour into an 11x7 in pan and put into a 300ºf oven. bake for 25 to 35 minutes or until a knife inserted into the custard comes out clean.
  • 5 enjoy!
