Self Crust Cobbler

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 (20 ounce) can fruit

Recipe

  • 1 cream butter and sugar. add egg and mix well.
  • 2 add flour and spread into baking dish. pour canned fruit of your choice on top.
  • 3 bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
