- 16 ounces frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 (12 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (8 ounce) package shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup butter
- 20 saltine crackers
Recipe
- 1 steam the broccoli. dump the soup out and put half a can of water in with it and your cheese. microwave that until the cheese is melted. melt butter in a separate bowl, crumble crackers and mix in with butter. when broccoli is done, dump it in a casserole dish, put the cheese mixture on top of that and then put the crackers on top of that. bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until it's brown.
