Pirate's House Key Lime Pie

Ingredients

• 1 (9 inch) graham cracker pie crusts


• 3 egg yolks


• 15 ounces sweetened condensed milk


• 1 lime, rind of, grated


• 1/2 cup fresh lime juice


• 1 cup whipping cream


• 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees. whisk egg yolks, milk, lime peel, and juice. pour into pie crust.


• 2 bake for 7-8 minutes. cool on wire rack 15 minutes.


• 3 refrigerate until completely cooled.


• 4 whip cream with sugar and serve on top of pie. garnish with lime slices.
