Ingredients
- 1 lb turkey sausage, cooked
- 1 cup golden bell pepper, diced
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 1 yellow onion, diced
- 1 (8 ounce) package ready made cornbread mix
- 1 1/2 cups oyster crackers
- 1 (14 ounce) can cream of celery soup
- 3 tablespoons fresh sage
- 2 tablespoons poultry seasoning
- 1 tablespoon nu salt substitute

- 1 small carrot, shredded
- 1 cup chicken or 1 cup turkey stock
- 1/4 cup butter
Recipe
- 1 make cornbread according to ackage directions and crumble.
- 2 preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- 3 mix ingriedients in a large bowl.
- 4 pour into an 8x10 baking dish and bake about 40 minutes.
- 5 pour a little more stock over stuffing just before serving and garnish with more fresh sage leaves.
