Ingredients

- 4 beef tenderloin steaks (1-inch thick)
- 2 tablespoons softened cream cheese
- 4 teaspoons blue cheese, crumbled
- 4 teaspoons plain yogurt
- 2 teaspoons minced onions
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 clove garlic, halved
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, divided
- 2 teaspoons freshly chopped parsley
Recipe
- 1 combine cream cheese, blue cheese, yogurt, onion and pepper; reserve.
- 2 rub each side of beef steaks with garlic.
- 3 place steaks on rack in broiler pan so surface of meat is 2 to 3 inches from heat.
- 4 broil 5 to 6 minutes.
- 5 season with salt.
- 6 turn and broil 3 to 4 minutes.
- 7 season with remaining salt.
- 8 top each steak with an equal amount of reserved cheese mixture.
- 9 broil an additional 1 to 2 minutes.
- 10 garnish with parsley.
