Spaghetti Squash

Ingredients
- 1 spaghetti squash
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups marinara sauce (reco ( barilla)
- garlic salt, to taste
Recipe
- 1 preheat the oven to 450 degrees f.
- 2 split the squash in half from top to bottom and remove seeds with a spoon.
- 3 line an oven tray with aluminum foil.
- 4 brush spaghetti squash flesh with olive oil.
- 5 place flesh side down and roast for 30 to 35 minutes (depends on size of squash). until some edges of the exposed flesh will be brown.
- 6 remove from the oven and cool.
- 7 meanwhile heat the marinara sauce in a large saute pan.
- 8 using a large kitchen spoon scrape the strands of squash from the inside of the skin.
- 9 add sauce, garlic salt, pepper, parmesan cheese or other accompaniment.
