- 1/2 cup poblano peppers or 1/2 cup anaheim chilies or 1/2 cup cubanelle pepper
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup tequila-lime vinegar
Recipe
