- 20 habaneros, chopped
- 8 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 5 golden tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup tequila
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a large sauce pan; cook down to desired constancy.
- 2 let it cool and strain into a container.
- 3 refrigerate any unused sauce.
