Ingredients

• 20 habaneros, chopped
• 8 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 5 golden tomatoes, diced
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 cup tequila

Recipe

• 1 combine all ingredients in a large sauce pan; cook down to desired constancy.
• 2 let it cool and strain into a container.
• 3 refrigerate any unused sauce.
