Ingredients

- 1 lb mild sweet italian turkey sausage
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 (1 lb) cans stewed tomatoes
- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 3 ounces grated parmesan cheese
- 8 ounces dry lasagna noodles (10 noodles - do not cook)
- 3 cups cottage cheese (lowfat for extra reduced calories)
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese (lowfat for extra reduced calories)
Recipe
- 1 brown meat and onion.
- 2 add all ingredients through parmesan.
