Ingredients

- 1/2 cup butter (not margarine)
- 1/4 cup flour
- 4 tablespoons cocoa
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 cups milk
- 1 pinch salt
Recipe
- 1 melt the butter over medium low heat.
- 2 when melted, add flour and cocoa and stir until slightly thickened.
- 3 slowly add milk, stirring constantly.
- 4 add sugar and the pinch of salt.
- 5 continue to stir over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes until thickened.
- 6 serve over hot biscuits.
