Ingredients
- 1 cup flour, sifted
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
Recipe
- 1 sift flour and salt together into mixing bowl.
- 2 beat eggs until light and thick.
- 3 stir in flour and 1/3 of milk; continue to beat slowly until all flour is moistened - about 30 seconds.
- 4 add remaining milk and butter gradually, beating until mixture is free from lumps, 1 to 2 minutes.
- 5 pour into greased baking cups (i will use a muffin pan), filling them a little less than half full.
- 6 bake at 210c for about 40 minutes.
