Orange 'n Vanilla Mousse Pie

Ingredients
- 1/4 ounce unflavored gelatin (one envelope)
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1 cup heavy cream, heated to boiling
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
- 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 9 inches graham cracker crust
Recipe
- 1 in blender, sprinkle gelatine over cold water; let stand 1 minute.
- 2 add hot cream and process at low speed until gelatine is completely dissolved, about 2 minutes.
- 3 add cream cheese, orange juice concentrate, sugar and vanilla; process at high speed until blended.
- 4 chill blender container until mixture is slightly thickened, about 15 minutes.
- 5 pour into prepared crust; chill until firm.
