Ingredients

- 1 large perfectly ripe mango
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
- maple syrup or other artificial sweetener
- chopped pistachios or mint (to garnish) (optional)
Recipe
- 1 peel the mango and cut into cubes into a bowl.
- 2 mix in the yogurt and ground cardamom and sweeten to your taste.
- 3 refrigerate for about 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
- 4 serve in bowls with pistachio or mint as garnish, if desired.
