Totally Grilled Salmon Salad

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 lbs salmon fillets
- 1 head romaine lettuce
- 1 head endive
- 1 head radicchio
- 1 dash extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper
- balsamic vinegar
Recipe
- 1 grill the salmon and cut into four portions.
- 2 cut each head of lettuce in half.
- 3 drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- 4 grill until lettuce wilts and chars slightly.
- 5 chop the lettuce.
- 6 drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
- 7 divide into four portions and top with a salmon filet.
