Totally Grilled Salmon Salad

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 lbs salmon fillets
  • 1 head romaine lettuce
  • 1 head endive
  • 1 head radicchio
  • 1 dash extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • balsamic vinegar

Recipe

  • 1 grill the salmon and cut into four portions.
  • 2 cut each head of lettuce in half.
  • 3 drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • 4 grill until lettuce wilts and chars slightly.
  • 5 chop the lettuce.
  • 6 drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
  • 7 divide into four portions and top with a salmon filet.
