Ingredients
- 1/2 lb butter
- 2 cups self rising flour
- 1 cup sour cream
Recipe
- 1 melt butter and mix with flour and sour cream until blended.
- 2 pour mixture into medium muffin tin about 2/3 of the way to allow for rising.
- 3 bake at 350 degrees f until golden brown (about 20 minutes).
- 4 batter will make about 10-12 biscuits.
