Ingredients
- 2 large green tomatoes
- 2 large tomatoes
- 2 large vidalia onions (or spanish onions)
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro (coriander leaves)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (or lime juice)
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar (or red wine vinegar)
Recipe
- 1 chop the tomatoes coarsely; then finely chop onions.
- 2 wash and chop the cilantro very finely (including stems).
- 3 cover vegetable mixture with lemon juice and vinegar.
- 4 let stand 30 minutes before serving.
