Salsa From Costa Rica!

Ingredients

  • 2 large green tomatoes
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 2 large vidalia onions (or spanish onions)
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro (coriander leaves)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (or lime juice)
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar (or red wine vinegar)

Recipe

  • 1 chop the tomatoes coarsely; then finely chop onions.
  • 2 wash and chop the cilantro very finely (including stems).
  • 3 cover vegetable mixture with lemon juice and vinegar.
  • 4 let stand 30 minutes before serving.
