Sweet Potato Pie Ii

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 3 eggs
• 1 1/2 cups sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
• 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk (2/3 cup)
• 2 pie crusts

Recipe

• 1 cream eggs and sugar.
• 2 add sweet potato, vanilla flavoring and melted butter, mix then add milk. mix well.
• 3 pour into unbaked pie shells.
• 4 bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees f.
• 5 serves 8 for each pie.
