Zippy Cheese Bites

Ingredients

• 5 eggs
• 3 cups shredded monterey jack cheese
• 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
• 3/4 cup picante sauce
• assorted cracker

Recipe

• 1 in a bowl, beat eggs; add cheeses.
• 2 pour half into a greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish.
• 3 spoon the picante sauce over top.
• 4 top with remaining egg mixture.
• 5 bake uncovered at 350°f for 25-30 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
• 6 let stand for 15 minutes.
• 7 cut into 1 inch squares.
• 8 makes about 9 1/2 dozen.
