Ingredients
- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 1/4 cup regular mayonnaise (not light or fat-free)
- 1 cup whole milk
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 425*.
- 2 grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
- 3 in medium bowl combine flour, mayonnaise & milk. using a fork, stir only enough to moisten flour.
- 4 divide dough equally between muffin cups.
- 5 bake for 20 minutes and serve warm with butter, honey, jam or my posted maple spread.
