Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup horseradish
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 1 tablespoon tabasco sauce
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients.
- 2 creole mustard can be substituted for the horseradish (or you can use a combination of the two).
- 3 chill for about 1 hour.
- 4 serve with seafood.
