Ingredients

- 2 lbs sweet potatoes
- 1 -2 teaspoon vegetable oil
- salt
- lemon juice, if desired (optional)
Recipe
- 1 peel sweet potatoes or yams and cut into sticks or wedges.
- 2 in a bowl toss with oil.
- 3 spread potatoes out on a baking sheet.
- 4 bake for 30 minutes at 375 or until brown and tender.
- 5 sprinkle with a little salt and lemon juice if desired.
