Turkey Parmesan Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 lbs mushrooms
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350.
- 2 combine turkey, parmesan, mayo, oregano, basil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- 3 wipe mushrooms clean with a damp cloth and remove their stems.
- 4 spoon the filling into mushroom caps. add just enough water to cover the bottom of the baking pan. bake for 20 minutes. serve hot.
